At Nutrico Delight, we’re passionate about delivering premium products quickly, fresh, and hassle-free across Pune. Our delivery process is optimized for speed and freshness, ensuring your order reaches you in great condition—typically within 4-5 days for eligible locations.

We're a hyper-local eCommerce brand, offering free delivery to select areas in Pune, with a nominal delivery fee applied for other locations based on distance.


Delivery Areas

Nutrico Delight currently offers free delivery to the following areas in Pune:

Baner, Aundh, Balewadi, Wakad, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Kothrud, Bavdhan, Pimple Saudagar, Pashan, Sus Road, Shivajinagar

If your address falls outside these zones, the delivery fee will be calculated based on distance from our local hub. You’ll see any applicable charges clearly displayed during checkout, before placing your order.


Delivery Speed & Custom Orders

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are delivered within 90 minutes of placing your order.
  • Custom Orders: If you have special or custom product requests, delivery time will be agreed upon at the time of order.

⚠️ Please note: While we strive for punctuality, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen delays may occasionally affect delivery timing. We’ll always keep you informed of any major delays.


Packaging & Freshness Guarantee

Every Nutrico Delight order is packed with care using high-grade, food-safe, insulated packaging to ensure temperature control and product freshness. Whether it’s baked goods or perishables, we deliver your items in peak condition.


Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure an adult is present at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • Inspect your order upon receipt. If anything seems off (damaged packaging, incorrect items), notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer support.
  • Once the order is handed over, you are responsible for the proper storage of your items. We recommend refrigerating perishable products immediately.

Undeliverable Orders / Missed Deliveries

If we’re unable to deliver due to:

  • An incorrect address
  • No one available to receive the order

…we’ll try to reach out. However, since many of our products are perishable, missed deliveries may result in spoilage and may still be chargeable.

If you wish to reschedule delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply.

To avoid such issues, please double-check your delivery address and ensure someone can receive the order at the expected time.
