At Nutrico Delight, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality food products directly to your doorstep in Pune. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we take quality and accuracy very seriously.


Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as baked goods, fresh items, or delicacies), we generally do not accept returns. However, if something isn't right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Item: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Item: An item from your confirmed order wasn’t delivered.
  • Quality Concern: An item was spoiled, damaged, or didn’t meet our freshness and quality standards.

To qualify for resolution, you must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our team and providing:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photographs or videos showing the problem, especially for quality concerns

Once we review your claim and the supporting materials, Nutrico Delight reserves the right to offer:

  • A full or partial refund
  • A replacement (delivered within 90 minutes, if applicable)
  • Store credit for future orders

Refunds, when issued, will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, and you'll receive an email confirmation once complete.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Claims reported after 2 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
  • Items stored improperly by the customer after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated) will not qualify for refund or replacement.
  • Taste preferences or change-of-mind requests are not eligible for refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Exchange Policy

Due to our commitment to food safety and the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy, we may issue a replacement delivery, which will be treated as a new delivery of the correct or qualifying item.

If applicable, we aim to deliver replacements within 90 minutes of confirming the issue.


Shipping / Sending Returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of perishable products.

Please do not send any items back to us. All we require for claim processing is:

  • Your order details
  • Supporting photos or videos
  • Your message submitted within the 2-hour window
